I told him I would have the trailer there at the beginning of a work day and would stay locally and would pick the trailer up the following day at the end of the workday meaning two full days and was told that's not how they did busines. Its a haul from the mountains of ** to *******. Explained the issue and was told to ***************** back to ** and they would split the costs with me.
I finally made contact with someone claiming to be the owner. Now what to do.I attempted to contact the plant to no avail. Six months later I noticed the paper thin sidewalls were actually so thin that the metal holes were actually becoming larger than the fastner head. They did send me some new fasteners through the mail and I had to tighten and replace these. Once home I noticed several of the fasteners were loose and several just gone. Picked up the trailer and didn't make it to ** and I was stopping at a parts store to buy new bearings for one of the axles. Placed my order was given a pickup date in South **. I should have stopped right there and I didn't. I called straight to the factory and purchased from them with no dealer involvement. They state they do not sell to the public but rather through a dealer network.NOT TRUE. This Company blatantly lies to its customers and its dealers. STILL *** ***** REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I MAILED THEM BACK TWO PUMPS ONE THAT WAS ON THE TRAILIER AND THE ONE THEY MAILED ME. ALL I ASK DIAMOND TO DO WAS TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE PUMP. DIAMOND HAD THE PUMP UP AGAINST THE FIRE WALL WHILE THE COMPANY I HIRED PLACED THE PUMP ON THE FLOOR OF THE TRAILIR. SO I HAD ANOTHER TRAILIER MANUFACTOR COMPANY TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND THEY DISCOVERED THE PUMP WAS PLACED IN THE WRONG PLACE. BY THIS TIME I HAD A DEADLINE TO MEET WITH THE CITY INSPECTOR IN LESS THE 72 HOURS, DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER PUMP SO I BOUGHT ONE WITH A HIGHER PSI BECAUSE THE LOW ONE THEY PLACED ON IT DIDNT WORK. I CONTACTED DIAMOND CARGO AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER ONE RIGHT AWAY, WHEN I HAD A PLUMBER TO PLACE IT ONE THE TRAILER IT DID THE EXACT SAME THING. THREE MONTHS LATER, I WAS ABLE TO WORK ON THE TRAILER GETTING IT READY FOR THE PURPOSE I BOUGHT IT FOR FEEDING THE HOMELESS, I TURNED ON THE WATER SYSTEM AND THE WATER REGULATOR ON THE PUMP BLOWED OUT. WHEN I DID GET IT THE WEATHER WAS TOO COLD TO WORK ON IT. THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE ME PUSHED ME GETTING MY TRAILIER BACK ONE MONTH.
PURCHASED A TRAILER FROM TRAILIER COUNTRY USA AND THEY USED DIAMOND CARGO TO MANUFACTURE IT.
